Ruggine's last stand

It's been a few years since I stopped playing with legendary Milano punk hardcore band Ruggine. I've been fooling around with music since then, diving in to bluez, open tunings and slide, but without much of a push to really DO something again with it. A couple of months ago I got a message from Marco, Ruggine's frontman, saying he was calling it quits and getting together everyone who's played for one last bash for all of our friends. I jumped on the chance, I slapped some 10's on the gitter and tuned up nice and normal, and dove head first back into the hardcore cesspool! After a few practices, I almost remembered most of the songs, and it felt like old times (for better or for worse). The show at Circolo Anarchico Ponte della Ghisolfa was packed, 5 bands playing louder and louder into the morning...

You can download Ruggine's debut album "Stai Sicuro" featuring me on guitar for free here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw0Yf08xAOa_aGp1NHB6cHNKSFk/view?usp=docslist_api
